Beaver Industrial Supply offers a variety of shipping options depending on the weight and destination location across the continental U.S. For a quote to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please give us a call at 314-773-5999.
At this time, we do not require a signature for delivery in which you agree to at the time of purchase for all deliveries. You are responsible for tracking the product and being available at the time of delivery. We will attempt to contact you if an order is placed with an unverifiable address, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. We will attempt to provide tracking as a curtesy to you, but you are still responsible for the deliveries whether or not tracking is provided ahead of time. We do not cover any loss due to stolen packages; we recommend filing a police report in that case.
Beaver Industrial Supply | beavertools.com offers free shipping on orders over $150 with the exception of Sawstop and Laguna which require additional fees to be collected. Other exceptions apply as noted on product pages.
We reserve the right to determine the fastest and most cost effective manner of transportation for all orders that qualify for free shipping. Our shipping carriers cannot deliver to PO box or U.S. military post office box addresses such as APO and FPO, so we require a physical street address for delivery. We use USPS which typically takes 2-8 days for delivery depending on your location for smaller items and UPS Ground for all other ground shipments under 150 pounds.
Beaver Industrial Supply | beavertools.com offers expedited shipping on most groud shipments depending on destination, location and the weight of the package for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options for your order can be seen at the time of checkout. Expedited shipping is not based on product availability; you have the option to expedite shipping on items that aren't in stock, in which when they are in stock, they will ship out at the expedited shipping.
Beaver Industrial Supply | beavertools.com will ship truck & freight shipments with the most cost-effective and reliable transit time carriers which vary. Machines or palletized orders are typically shipped by but not limited to Fedex Freight, Old Dominion, R&L Carriers and Roadrunner Freight.
If a lift gate service is required for your residential location, we will cover the cost of the charge for you, as a part of the free shipping that we offer. Truck shipments will be delivered as closely to your residence as is determined possible by the carrier. In some cases the carrier may not be able to provide delivery at your home location due to private entrances, gravel, remote locations, etc., and a specific type of truck cannot be guaranteed. In which case, the customer is responsible for transporting the delivery to their preferred location from the delivery location set by the carrier. Special requests are subject to additional fees to be paid by the customer. Any refused shipment without damage will be subject to the original freight cost, the freight cost back to our warehouse and a 25% restocking fee and any damage incurred.
You will be contacted by the carrier for instructions. While most drivers deliver items to the ground level with the lift gate, as needed, it ultimately is your responsibility to arrange for your item to be removed from rear of the truck to your preferred location. Beaver Industrial Supply's customer service team will gladly contact the freight company that services your area and make delivery inquiries or follow-ups on delivery concerns.
Once the item arrives, you will be asked to sign a Bill of Lading to verify that the item was delivered complete and with no apparent damage. If you see evidence of possible damage or suspect the item may have been damaged in transit, make a note on the delivery BOL just in case a problem is found later. If the item is clearly damaged beyond use, refuse to accept delivery of the item. Damage to Freight Shipments
If a shipment arrives with obvious damage, you must contact Beaver Industrial Supply at 314-773-5999 before signing for the shipment. If the shipment is received and signed for free and clear with the packaging having obvious damage, Beaver Industrial Supply will in no way be financially responsible for the damaged shipment.
Damage must be notated on the Delivery Receipt. All damage must be reported within 3 business days. After those 3 business days, the customer is liable for the damage.

Damage to Ground Shipments
Although it may be concerning to receive damaged packaging, it is there to take the brunt of the damage so the contents do not. Please open up every package that seems to be damaged to check for damage to the actual power tool or accessory. If the package is refused without checking the funactionality of the tool, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated and a 25% restocking fee. Do not ship back any items without an return goods authorization (RGA) number provided to you by the customer service team. Any package sent back without an RGA might not be subject to a refund.
Damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. After those 3 business days, the customer is liable for the damage.
In order to receive a credit, parts or a replacement depending on the damage, we require 5-10 photos of the damage including the tool, packaging and label.

Shipment Damage Resolutons
Route shipment protection is automatically enabled for every purchase at check out starting Mid-May 2022. By unchecking the shipment protection, Beaver Industrial Supply is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We are only able to offer a partial refund, full refund or replacement of the package depending on the severity and if you purchased Route shipment protection at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee the item availability for replacements of damaged shipments; a replacement or parts will be sent as soon as they are available. Any processing or shipping fees originally paid may not be refundable.
If shipment protection is not selected and offered at the time of checkout whether online or over the phone then we are limited to what resolution that we are able to provide for damaged or lost shipments. We are happy to help submit a claim on your behalf to the carrier, but what we are able to offer then solely relies on the outcome of the case with the carrier. This process can take 5-14 days while we work hard to advocate for you with the vendor. Otherwise, we are only able to offer BIScoin rewards for cosmetic damage or parts for damaged or defective machines due to transit damage.

When will my order ship?
We carry thousands of items in stock in our four warehouses in St. Louis, MO.
If your item is in stock as noted on the label on the product page at the time of purchase, most ground and parcel get shipped out within 48 hours but could ship out the same day if placed before 12:00 p.m. CST.
Orders containing woodworking or metalworking machines need a longer time to process in the warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days to process machines that are in stock.
